The Hillsdale Community Nazarene Church will host a free breakfast and a performance by The Stronghold Quartet on Sunday, April 3.
“It’ll definitely be a full house,” Pastor Mike Prince said. “It’ll be a nice community event.”
Hillsdale Community Nazarene will host a free breakfast at 9:30 a.m., according to a church press release, and the concert will begin at 11 a.m. Denise’s Diner from Camden will cater the event with food such as pancakes and sausage, Prince said.
“They come to our church, so they wanted to do that,” Prince said.
The Stronghold Quartet is a gospel group that has performed at Hillsdale Community Nazarene for the last three years, according to Prince.
“I’ve known them now for more than 27 years,” Prince said. “There are a lot of groups out there, but these people really connect. They’re a group that I think is so awesome as far as their relationship with God.”
The Stronghold Quartet has performed with a variety of other gospel groups, according to the church press release.
“They’re very well known all over the Michigan area,” Prince said.
For those who wish to attend, Hillsdale Community Nazarene is located at 208 N. West St.
“This pastor appreciates your college and your people,” Prince said. “We love you very, very much.”
