Swamp Stomp at 11 a.m. at Hayden Park Cross Country Course on Barber Drive. You can pre-register in the Student union during lunch. It costs $10 for an Individual ($15 on race day) and $30 Team of Five ($50 on race day). The money goes towards your T-shirt, race number, registration fees and food. All proceeds go to support Women Helping Women. The 5k race will have a first place grand prize, team prizes and 2nd/3rd place prizes.
